The section for 14 - 18 Years olds where they learn leadership skills, working with a team of adults to deliver Scouting to younger members

Each young leader has the option to help at a Beaver Colony, Cub Pack or Scout Troop to develop their own leadership style.

​

The scheme offers 10 modules and 4 missions with the aim of attaining the young leader belt
